The quest begins upon receiving the following message:
Really, we know so little about the Perumagions. They fought a war with Xanadu over the use of magic. What we see here is the result. What really happened? We may never know. But we'll keep looking for answers. It will help us greatly if you'll get rid of the relic sentinels again.
The quest ends with following message:
The essence of all magic, the tellers of tales say, is the World Stone. A dispute over it caused the war that led to the end of Perumagion. If the stories are true. The mages of Perumagion fought with the mages of Xanadu and lost. But then why did they vanish overnight? Are they really gone? If the gods know the answer, they have not bothered to tell me.
